Beginning of January, we opened our “Winter School”.
200 children from underpreviledged families or orphans attend our classes including the 70 children who followed our primary school from April to December.
We renewed the contracts with 6 teachers and 4 administrative staff.
We extended the subjects compared to last year’s winter school. We dont offer only English and computer classes, but also Dari (Afghan persian), maths, general education and of course religion.
The children come from 8-12. In winter, we dont offer breakfast and lunch.
At the opening ceremony, the representatives of the local authorities distributed warm clothes to the children.
